Job Summary:
The After-Sales Service Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for vehicles/equipment supplied by Meraj Limited. The incumbent will conduct site visits, coordinate with customers, resolve technical issues, and prepare service completion reports to ensure effective after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational faults.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Conduct site visits for inspections, repairs, and technical support.
- Coordinate and correspond with customers regarding service requests and complaints.
- Prepare after-sales service reports and job completion reports.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain service quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and operational support to customers.
- Maintain records of service activities, spare parts usage, and maintenance history.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex repairs and support requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of vehicles/equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in preparing technical and service reports.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license preferred.
