Job Type: Part-time

Subjects:

• Jr. Crime Scene Analysis

Age: 7-12

Schedule:

• Thursday - 04:00-05:00PM

Location: Feather River Recreation & Park District

Job Duties:

• Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons based on provided curriculum and materials
• Supervise students to ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Encourage student participation through hands-on activities and interactive instruction
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline using positive reinforcement techniques
• Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and program coordinators as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, Fine Arts, Mathematics, and Science)
• Experience in teaching, tutoring, or education is highly desirable.
• Patience and the ability to work with students of diverse learning styles.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to the needs of individual students.
• Must be able to commit to schedules
• Has a personal vehicle
• Must be living in the area where classes are held

License/Certifications

• LiveScan

Salary: $30-$35 per hour
