Mad Science is a hands-on kids’ science company looking for energetic, reliable instructors to lead our fun and interactive after-school programs. From bubbling potions to amazing chemical reactions, you’ll be bringing science to life for elementary school students.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead 1-hour after-school science programs at local schools (lesson plans & materials provided).
- Deliver activities in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate way.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure student safety. Transport and set up provided science materials (must have your own reliable transportation).
Schedule:
- Weekdays: 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM (flexible based on school end times). Occasional weekend events and special programs.
We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, energetic personality.
- Experience working with kids (teaching, camp counseling, babysitting, etc.).
- Comfort with basic science concepts (we’ll train you on everything). Reliable, punctual, and organized.
