Best Brains of Frederick, MD is looking for enthusiastic, certified part-time teachers to join our after-school learning center! If you love working with children and have a passion for education, we’d love to meet you.

At Best Brains, we provide enrichment classes in Math, English, Abacus, and Coding for students aged 4–14 years. Our goal is to make learning fun, engaging, and results-driven — and we’re looking for teachers who share that vision.

Position: Part-Time Teacher (Math & English)

What You’ll Do:

• Teach small group classes (1:5 ratio) using our pre-designed curriculum — no lesson planning required!
• Provide personalized instruction and support to students in grades Pre-K through 8.
• Encourage confidence, curiosity, and critical-thinking skills.
• Assess student progress and communicate regularly with parents.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• State-certified teacher or candidate with a teaching certificate (required).
• Degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of elementary and middle school Math and English concepts.
• Friendly, reliable, and organized educator who enjoys working with children.
• Able to manage up to 5 students per class and maintain a fun, focused environment.

Work Schedule:

• Tuesdays: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Wednesdays: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Thursdays: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Saturdays: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
