Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Supervise children and youth during after school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Implement structured activities that promote childhood development, including snack, crafts, and educational games
• Coordinate with other staff members to plan daily schedules and special events that foster social skills and teamwork
• Prior experience working with children or in childcare settings such as daycare, camp counseling, babysitting, or tutoring is highly desirable
• Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during all activities
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
