After School STEAM Instructor

Future Minds Studios is seeking enthusiastic, reliable Afterschool Instructors to support small-group enrichment programs for elementary and middle school students. Instructors will lead hands-on activities in coding, creative technology, and problem-solving during afterschool hours.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging afterschool sessions with small groups of students
• Support lessons in coding, digital creativity, and STEM-based projects
• Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
• Communicate professionally with site staff and program leadership
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and student supervision

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or youth (education, tutoring, camps, etc.)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Interest in technology, creativity, or STEM education
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability
• Background check clearance required

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-time, weekday afternoons
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
