After School Teacher

## Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated outdoor recreation staff member to join our team. If you have a passion for early childhood education and love being outside, then we would love to hear from you.

## Responsibilities:
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children attending the afterschool program

- Supervise children on the playground or wherever is needed

- Be on time everyday and reliable

- Help maintain a healthy and safe environment for the children

- Clean up areas that are utilized on a day to day basis in the afterschool program such as sweeping, wiping down countertops/tables, putting supplies back on the shelves in an orderly manner, bringing playground equipment inside, etc.

- Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with students, parents and colleagues

- Uphold program policies and standards

- Serve as a positive role model for students

- Write up accurate records of attendance and complete required paperwork such as incident reports in a timely manner

##Requirements:

- CPR and First Aid Certification

* Childcare experience is preferred but not required for this position

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
