At One on One Learning, we provide customized academic support for K–12 students, specializing in foundational literacy, math, and test prep. We believe in scaffolded learning and creating engaging, personalized experiences that foster growth.

Position Overview

We are seeking Specialized Tutors to support students. Your role will involve one-on-one or small group tutoring tailored to each learner's needs using adaptive, formative, and evidence-based techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized tutoring that prioritizes academic mastery.
• Use social-emotional learning (SEL) techniques to foster student confidence.
• Support progress toward academic goals through targeted instruction and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience tutoring Middle School students (7th-8th) in ELA and Math.
• Comfort working in-home or public library.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to empowering academic excellence.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday and Wednesday
• 4:45pm - 6:45pm (4 hours per week)
• $25/hour
