After School Youth Program Staff (Part-Time)

Early Life is hiring reliable and energetic Youth Program Staff to work in our after school youth program. This position is perfect for individuals interested in education, youth development, childcare, recreation, mentoring, or teaching careers.

Staff members help create a safe, structured, and engaging environment where youth can participate in enrichment activities, homework help, games, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage youth in after school activities
• Assist with homework help and academic support
• Lead clubs and enrichment activities
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for youth
• Support behavior management and positive youth development
• Build positive relationships with youth and staff
• Assist with program setup, cleanup, and daily transitions
• Follow program policies and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience working with youth, childcare, camps, tutoring, or schools preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to supervise and manage groups of youth
• Must pass required background checks

Schedule

Part-Time After School Hours

Monday – Friday (School Year)
Approximately 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Additional hours may be available during:

• School holidays
• Winter recess
• Spring break
• Summer camp programs

Pay

$18 – $20 per hour (based on experience)
