Aftercare Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Aftercare Specialist to join our dynamic and multicultural team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care, with a background in medical tourism and customer service. The Aftercare Specialist will be responsible for supporting patients through their post-treatment journey, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support to patients post-treatment.
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure patients fully understand post-procedure instructions and offer advice or assistance as needed.
• Leverage medical knowledge to assist in troubleshooting and guiding patients through the recovery process.
• Maintain detailed records of patient progress using our CRM and database systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• Prior experience as an Aftercare Specialist, Outbound Sales Representative, or Medical Consultant is an advantage.
• High proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software and patient management tools is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
