- Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques.

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support each child's unique learning journey and welfare.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Incorporate lesson planning that aligns with early childhood education standards and promotes active learning experiences.
Experience
- Prior classroom experience working with preschool children in daycare, private school, or early childhood education settings.
- Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques suitable for young learners.
- Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is highly valued.
- Familiarity with teaching physical education, literacy education, math concepts, and Montessori methods enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and specialists dedicated to child welfare.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in toddler care and preschool environments.
