Afternoon Preschool Teacher

We are looking for a child care teacher assistant to share the love and leadership of Jesus with young children. We seek teachers who are passionate about helping encourage a child's growth physically, academically, and spiritually. As a teacher assistant, you would be expected to aid in lessons and supervise children in a positive and encourage environment.

Responsibilities

• Support lead teacher in lessons and activities
• Provide the basic care and needs of young children
• Help monitor developmental progress of children
• Communicate with parents about the child's day and progress throughout the year
• Follow the state set rules and regulations for child care
• Maintain the expected standard of Crosspoint Learning Center staff
• Collaborate with other colleagues

Requirements

• Must have at least a GED or High School Diploma
• Must pass FBI background check and fingerprinting
• Provide a Mississippi 121 Immunization Form

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour
