We are seeking a passionate and energetic Afternoon Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and play-based methods.
- Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, independence, and social skills through effective classroom management strategies.
- Facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, including toddler care, behavior management, and early intervention techniques.
- Support children’s emotional well-being by fostering respectful communication and understanding individual needs related to special education or developmental differences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support naptime, playtime and snack.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that complies with childcare regulations and promotes child welfare.
Experience
- Prior classroom experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or private school setting is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques.
- Experience in curriculum development across multiple domains including literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and early childhood methods is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and administrators.
- Familiarity with classroom management tools and lesson planning for preschool environments.

Pay: $13,000.00 - $14,000.00 per year
