Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Flexible scheduling available; however, applicants must commit to a minimum of two afternoons per week.

About Us

At Little Expressions Therapy, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to become a confident reader. Our team specializes in helping children with reading difficulties and dyslexia through evidence-based, structured literacy instruction in a fun, encouraging environment.

We are looking for compassionate, energetic individuals who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one reading intervention sessions.
• Teach foundational reading and spelling skills using the Barton Reading & Spelling System.
• Implement lesson plans and activities designed to support struggling readers and students with dyslexia.
• Encourage and motivate children while building confidence and a love for learning.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding student progress.
• Maintain simple session notes and attendance records.

No Experience with Barton? No Problem!

We provide all training and materials.

Qualifications

Preferred but not required:

• Experience working with children
• Background in education, literacy, tutoring, special education, speech-language pathology, or related fields
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, patient, and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to commit to at least two afternoons per week
