The Aftersales Development Head should keep the service centers in a continuous improvement state, ensuring that the distributor is applying SOP and represent results with a deep analysis to the top management and comparing before and after scores. The job incubator should follow up with other departments to ensure that nothing is interrupting GB Auto’s service centers daily processes.
Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of CSI by implementing and monitoring new initiatives

Monitor and control overhead costs to achieve revenue targets

Analyze manpower productivity and utilization across service centers to recommend new procedures, hiring needs, or cost reduction measures.

Oversee the provision of on-the-job training programs and ensure adequate resources are available.

Ensure availability and proper condition of all materials, tools, devices, and equipment, while recommending technical specifications and standards as needed.

Standardize monthly requirements for body and mechanical tools and equipment.

Regularly update and maintain the approved suppliers list.

Ensure GB Auto service centers consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and quality standards.

Conduct research and business analysis on GB Auto service centers and competitors, preparing reports for top management.

Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork to achieve or exceed productivity targets.

Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and career development.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree of engineering.
Minimum 8 years of experience. Automotive background is a must
Proficiency in MS office products
Excellent command of English language
