Job Purpose
As an Aftersales Service Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of LiuGong Turkey’s Product Team. You will act as the direct interface between the manufacturer, dealers, and customers—providing hands-on support, delivering high-quality service, and ensuring that LiuGong products operate at peak performance.
Job Responsibilities
1. Technical Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a broad range of LiuGong construction equipment, including Forklifts (incl. BEV), Aerial Work Platforms (AWP), Tower Cranes, Cranes, Drilling Equipment, and CE machinery.
• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide both remote and on-site technical support to dealers and end users.
• Use LiuGong OEM diagnostic tools and software for mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Prepare technical findings and assist with software updates when required.
2. Field Service & Customer Support
• Conduct scheduled field visits, inspections, and urgent service calls across Türkiye.
• Advise customers on equipment operation, maintenance standards, and technical best practices.
• Deliver high-quality service reports and ensure timely communication with the Product Team and HQ technical experts.
• Support the Product Team in equipment demonstrations, operator trainings, and field tests.
3. Warranty & Parts Coordination
• Validate and follow up warranty cases with the regional and HQ technical teams.
• Coordinate genuine parts recommendations and support dealers in parts ordering logistics.
• Report quality issues through LiuGong internal systems to support continuous product improvement.
4. Training & Knowledge Transfer
• Provide hands-on training to dealers, service engineers, and customers on safe operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Stay updated on new product technologies, manuals, and service bulletins.
• Assist in new product launches and support the Product Team during demos and pilot operations.
5. Compliance & Safety
• Follow LiuGong OEM standards, field safety requirements, and local regulations.
• Ensure documentation integrity and compliance with internal service procedures.
Requirements
• 3–4 years of experience in maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of CE.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with forklifts, AWP, or electric machinery (BEV) is an advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Valid B class driving license.
• High willingness to travel.
• Professional-level Turkish.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
