Aftersales Manager (Technogym)

We are looking for a brilliant, enthusiastic Technical After Sales Manager. In this role, you will oversee ensuring high-end technical support performance. You will head the After Sales Department by efficiently and effectively managing the team to win customer loyalty and achieve your assigned goals.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁

• Ensure the excellent performance of After Sales, consistent with our brand positioning, by correctly using end-to-end systems and processes

• Ensure customer satisfaction with quality of service

• Manage costs of the technical after sales organization, in line with assigned objective

• Manage the performance of the workforce in the field, ensuring full saturation of internal staff and establishing a network of service providers in line with company requirements, with standard contracts signed and applied

• Provide real-time feedback on product and service issues from the market

• Ensure the right staffing and skills of the Technical After Sales organization, guaranteeing the expected service level to customers

• Coordinate the team ensuring all responsibilities and goals are clear, organize training whenever is needed and monitor performance providing periodical follow-ups

• Increase organizational effectiveness, people development and engagement by promoting a continuous improvement approach

• Account for spare parts availability and inventory record accuracy

• Apply the NPTCO cultural model through company policies

• Ensure that the corrective actions related to safety issues are handled with maximum priority and apply the established procedures

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

• 8+ years’ experience in this role

• After Sales business expertise

• Knowledge of electronic/mechanical engineering

• Problem solving skills

• Experience in project management

• Knowledge of Digital and IT tools

• Strong leadership which inspires your coworkers and customers

• Expertise in team management with a high degree of empathy

• Fluent in English
