We are looking for Aftersales Services Engineer - Commercial Vehicles for our Sultanbeyli location

What you can look forward to as Aftersales Services Engineer - Commercial Vehicles

•    Deliver ongoing technical support to authorized service centres.
•    Analyse technical reports from authorized services and OEMs, provide technical guidance to services in collaboration with internal technical support teams.
•    Communicate with customers based on headquarters feedback and reports received.
•    Support joint technical projects with customers.
•    Coordinate logistics for part shipments and returns of defective products.
•    To follow up on warranty-related matters together with the warranty department and support the process of obtaining warranty approvals from related headquarter units. 
•    Install diagnostic devices, perform software updates, and manage related customer interactions.
•    Coordinate and monitor external service technicians when needed.

Your Profile as Aftersales Services Engineer - Commercial Vehicles
•    University degree in Engineering or a related technical field
•    At least 5 years of professional experience in automotive sector in similar position
•    Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and solution-oriented skills with team oriented mindset
•    Basic computer literacy and active driving capability
•    High customer focus and service-oriented attitude
•    Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English
