Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00pm-6:00pm

Job Summary

LRLC @ CDR is looking or a dependable, energetic Afterschool Childcare Assistant to join our team! This is perfect opportunity for a college student, high school student (16+), or anyone looking for a rewarding part time position working with school age children.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children in a safe, caring and engaging environment
• Assist with homework as needed
• Lead games, crafts and recreational activities
• Serve snacks and help during mealtimes
• Encourage positive behavior and teamwork
• Help keep classrooms and activity areas clean and organized
• Communicate professionally with staff and parents

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Enjoys working with children
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Able to pass a background check (required)
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
