Interested in working with Children in an educational setting? We are seeking employees to join our after school program! The ideal candidate will have experience working in educational settings (e.g. recreational programs) or with children (e.g., sports coaches). This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about education and working with students ages 4-14.

Responsibilities
* Provide support for the after-school program in the afternoons, from 2:15 to 5:30pm each day of the week.
* To the best of your ability, assist students with homework, projects, and exam preparation across various subjects.
* Uphold, model, and enforce our school's expectations for behavior and play.
* Communicate effectively with other members of the after school staff and the after-school director.
* Occasionally support or create engaging activities that promote learning through play and exploration.
* Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all students, ensuring adherence to first aid protocols when necessary.

Qualifications

* Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting, such as tutoring, daycare, coaching, or camp environments.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students and parents.
* Certification in first aid or CPR is preferred but not mandatory.
* A desire to work at a Catholic school

Pay: $26.00 per hour
