Duties

• Deliver tailored tutoring sessions to students of diverse ages and skill levels, focusing on their individual learning needs.
• Develop and adapt curriculum materials and lesson plans that align with educational standards and student goals.
• Utilize innovative learning technology tools to enhance engagement and understanding during lessons.
• Manage community dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive and respectful learning environment.
• Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting instruction accordingly.
• Support student with special education needs by implementing inclusive teaching strategies.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to track student development and address any challenges proactively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or classroom management across various age groups.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning techniques.
• Familiarity with learning technology platforms and digital educational resources.
• Experience working with children, including preschool or early childhood education settings.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Background in special education or working with students with diverse learning needs is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sessions simultaneously.
