Agency Growth Partner / Strategic Client Partner

Digi Solutions is looking for experienced marketing professionals, consultants, strategists, account directors, and growth-minded relationship builders who understand how to grow and retain business — but no longer want to carry the full operational burden alone.

This is not a traditional “marketing employee” role.

This is an opportunity to join an established, AI-forward marketing agency platform where you can focus on strategy, relationships, client growth, retention, and revenue generation while leveraging a fulfillment and operations team behind the scenes.

Think of this role more like becoming a strategic growth partner within an agency platform rather than simply taking another marketing job.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and strengthen client relationships
  • Help guide marketing strategy and business growth conversations
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within accounts
  • Assist in closing new marketing deals through expertise and credibility
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business owners and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal SEO, paid ads, web, creative, and strategy teams
  • Ensure strong client satisfaction and retention
  • Help grow accounts through strategic recommendations and execution oversight
  • Leverage existing relationships and professional network where appropriate

Compensation

Pay: $60,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
