Job Summary
We’re looking for an Agent Assistant to support our insurance agency with customer service, administrative tasks, and basic policy support. You’ll help keep our office organized and ensure customers get prompt, professional service.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, emails, and customer questions; schedule appointments
  • Assist with quotes, policy changes, renewals, and follow-ups
  • Collect needed information/documents and keep records up to date
  • Prepare basic insurance documents (as allowed)
  • Support day-to-day office tasks (filing, scanning, data entry)
  • Help identify customer needs and collaborate sales opportunities with the agent

Qualifications / Experience

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, dependable
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Prior office or customer service experience preferred
  • Insurance experience and/or license is a plus (or willingness to get licensed)

Pay: $15.50 - $20.25 per hour
