Position Summary
The Licensed Agent Assistant supports licensed agents by delivering exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and helping maintain and grow the agent’s book of business. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Communication
· Provide exceptional customer service in all client interactions (phone, email, and in-person)
· Greet walk-in customers in a professional and welcoming manner, assist as needed
· Answer incoming calls, return voicemails, and relay messages accurately
· Confirm and schedule client appointments using Google Calendar
· Assist members with policy renewals
· Assist members with address, income, or other application changes
· Serve as a primary point of contact for basic client needs
· Address customer concerns and escalate to an agent when appropriate
Administrative & Office Support
· Support the daily flow of business operations
· Maintain organized paper and digital filing systems
· Create, pull, and manage client files
· Perform accurate and timely data entry
· Monitor and complete assigned activities in AgencyBloc
Client Account Support
· Provide policy information using a variety of web – based resources
· Assist clients with payments, including binder payments and guidance on APO setup
· Contact Member Services to resolve client issues as needed
· Send and receive client documents via DocuSign
· Plan change requests, Dental change forms (POI/POC), Client inquiries and outstanding service items
Reporting & Client Outreach
Agent & Marketing Support
· Maintain agent-specific client materials
· Assist with marketing efforts (stuffing, stamping, labeling mailers)
· Help agents maintain and grow their book of business
Qualifications
· Active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License (Florida), or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
· Strong computer skills (Web-based platforms, CRM systems, Google Drive)
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
· Professional demeanor and appearance
· Service-oriented mindset
Compensation & Schedule
· Competitive Pay
· Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
