About the Role

Are you passionate about helping others, solving problems, and being part of a growing team in the insurance industry?
We’re looking for an Agent Growth and Onboarding Specialist to be the front line of communication for independent insurance agents across the country.

This role blends recruiting/sales outreach with onboarding and ongoing agent support. You will help bring new agents into our organization and ensure they succeed once they join.

What You’ll Do

• Recruiting & Growth
• Engage prospective agents through phone calls, emails, and follow-up.
• Present the value of joining our agency and explain the benefits we offer.
• Qualify leads and escalate high-potential prospects to the recruitment specialist.
• Onboarding New Agents
• Guide new agents through the contracting, certification, and portal setup process.
• Assist with application submissions, agent transfers, and basic commission questions.
• Supporting Current Agents
• Respond to agent questions with professionalism and timeliness.
• Provide resources, organize Zoom training sessions, and share checklists or FAQs.
• Help agents feel welcomed, informed, and motivated to grow with our agency.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills: clear, professional, and confident on the phone
• Comfortable with follow-up and sales-style recruiting conversations
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Positive, solutions-focused mindset, even under pressure
• Experience in health/life insurance, recruiting, or agent support is a plus
• CRM or database experience preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
