Agent Sales Associate

Seeking highly motivated, Insurance Agent Associate with strong work ethic, excellent character, and proficient ability in MS Word, Excel and Data Base usage.

This person will generate new sales, manages customer inquiries, assists agent with processing paperwork, assists team in maintaining strong and effective customer relationships, manages agent incoming calls and answers basic policy questions. These duties and others are essential to this position. Other duties may be requested as candidate progresses in knowledge of products and services.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Property and Casualty Insurance license is not required to apply but will be within 30 days of hiring. Bonus paid upon getting licensed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Including but not limited to:

• Generate new sales
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Be outstanding at building relationships and fostering those with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention
• Provide ongoing support to clients
