Agent Services Coordinator / Executive Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, positive, and service-oriented Agent Services Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support our real estate office operations and leadership team. This role is essential to creating an exceptional experience for our agents and ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally each day.

The Agent Services Coordinator will serve as a central point of support for agents, staff, and visitors while maintaining a welcoming and productive office environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Front Desk & Office Administration
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism, warmth, and friendliness
- Greet all visitors and team members with a positive and welcoming attitude
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and common spaces
- Ensure the office is prepared and fully operational each business day
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Leadership Support
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and leadership team
- Assist with scheduling, communication, and daily office operations
- Support weekly team meetings, including meeting preparation and logistics
- Coordinate breakfast arrangements for weekly meetings
Agent Services & Support
- Assist agents with onboarding tasks and resource connections
- Input new property listings accurately and with urgency
- Manage floor schedules and communicate updates effectively
- Administer floor schedule policies and procedures
- Provide basic technical support, including printer setup and troubleshooting
- Assist agents with technology resources and systems
Technology & Marketing Support
- Support Zoom meetings and virtual communication tools
- Learn and assist associates with Keller Williams Command software
- Navigate and assist with Multiple Listing Service (MLS) functions, including:
- New property listings
- Listing updates
- Price changes
- Provide general marketing support as needed

Technical Requirements
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, internet applications, and general business software
- Understanding of database concepts and organization
- Willingness to learn Keller Williams Command software
- Willingness to learn MLS systems and related listing processes

Compensation & Benefits
Full-Time, Year-Round Salaried Position
Salary: $41,600 annually

Office Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $41,600.00 - $56,990.00 per year
