Agentic AI Developer

We are an eCommerce company looking for an Agentic AI Developer who can build smart AI systems that work independently and automate daily business tasks.

The role involves connecting AI with our business tools such as our website, email platform, and customer support chat, so the AI can take actions on its own—like answering customer queries, sending emails, and managing workflows without manual intervention.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents to automate business operations
• Integrate AI with:
• eCommerce website
• Email systems (auto-replies, follow-ups)
• Customer chat/support tools
• Enable AI to:
• Answer customer queries automatically
• Send and respond to emails
• Assist customers in real-time
• Connect systems using APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows
• Build and manage end-to-end AI workflows for business use cases
• Monitor performance and continuously improve AI accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure secure handling of customer and company data

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Python or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Experience building chatbots, AI assistants, or automation workflows
• Strong knowledge of API integration and REST services
• Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Understanding of prompt design, workflow logic, and decision-based automation

Good to Have

• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Experience with CRM or customer support tools
• Knowledge of vector databases, RAG, or multi-agent systems
• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
