Job Title: Agentic AI Engineer

PCMCI Quantum is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents that enhance operational intelligence and automation for international business clients. You will work on multi-agent architecture, integrating large language models (LLMs) with enterprise systems to create adaptive, reasoning-based workflows. This position combines AI engineering and workflow automation, ideal for someone experienced in developing robust, scalable AI agent systems using automation platforms and custom Python frameworks, with a passion for delivering intelligent, production-grade solutions.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
Additional certification or training in AI, Automation Platforms (n8n, Make, Voiceflow) will be considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems that automate complex business workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Integrate AI systems with ERP, CRM, and HRM tools (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho) using APIs, SDKs, and webhooks.
Create and orchestrate automation workflows using n8n, Make, and Voiceflow, transitioning them into custom Python frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across AI, embedded systems, and software engineering to deliver cohesive solutions.
Perform testing, versioning, and documentation to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
Contribute to PCMCI Quantum’s Agentic AI framework and reusable agent architecture library.
Essential Requirements:
A. Programming Fundamentals
Strong proficiency in Python (this is critical)
Understanding of APIs, REST principles, and how to make API calls
Basic knowledge of web frameworks (FastAPI or Flask)
Familiarity with JSON, data structures, and working with external libraries
Experience with Git and version control
B. AI & Learning Mindset
Basic understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) work (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude)
Curiosity about AI agents, prompts, and automation concepts
Willingness to learn about LangChain, RAG systems, and vector databases
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
C. Integration & Software Engineering
Experience working with APIs (calling, testing, handling responses)
Understanding of how different software systems communicate
Basic knowledge of data formats (JSON, CSV) and data processingComfortable reading documentation and implementing integrations
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):
Any hands-on experience with automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar)
Previous projects involving API integration or connecting different systems
Experience building chatbots, workflow automation, or AI-related projects
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
Participation in hackathons, open-source contributions, or personal AI projects
Understanding of business processes or enterprise software systems
