Overview
We are seeking an Agentic Systems Architect to lead the transformation of our platform from a traditional SaaS architecture to a fully agentic AI-driven system. This role will design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and executing complex cybersecurity workflows.
The ideal candidate combines deep AI systems engineering experience with cybersecurity expertise, and has built production-grade systems using LLMs, autonomous agents, and secure infrastructure.
You will define the architecture for AI-driven security automation, integrating agents with internal services, security tooling, and external intelligence sources.
ResponsibilitiesAgentic AI Architecture
- Design and implement multi-agent AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and execution
- Architect agent orchestration frameworks for planning, reasoning, and tool usage
- Build agent memory, knowledge retrieval, and reasoning pipelines
- Develop secure AI workflows for cybersecurity operations
- Convert existing SaaS workflows into autonomous AI-driven processes
AI Infrastructure
- Design scalable LLM infrastructure and inference pipelines
- Build secure tool integrations that allow agents to interact with APIs, databases, and external security systems
- Implement RAG pipelines and vector databases for threat intelligence and knowledge retrieval
- Design observability systems for monitoring agent performance and behavior
Cybersecurity Integration
- Integrate AI agents with security tooling such as:
- SIEM platforms
- EDR/XDR tools
- vulnerability scanners
- threat intelligence feeds
- Architect AI systems for:
- automated threat detection
- incident response
- vulnerability remediation
- security investigations
- Ensure AI systems operate under strict security and compliance controls
Safety and Governance
- Implement guardrails, safety mechanisms, and audit trails for autonomous agents
- Develop evaluation frameworks for AI reliability and security
- Design secure access controls and identity frameworks for AI tools
Leadership
- Define the AI architecture roadmap for the organization
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams
- Mentor AI engineers and help build the AI platform team
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, distributed systems, or AI infrastructure
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications or autonomous agents
- Experience designing production AI systems at scale
- Strong Python engineering experience
- Deep understanding of:
- LLM orchestration
- agent frameworks
- RAG architectures
- vector databases
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience integrating APIs and complex backend systems
Cybersecurity Experience
- Experience working with security platforms such as SIEM, EDR, XDR, or SOC tooling
- Knowledge of threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Understanding of secure system design and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with agent frameworks such as:
- LangGraph
- CrewAI
- AutoGen
- Semantic Kernel
- Experience building AI-driven security automation
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, threat intelligence frameworks, and SOC operations
- Experience with Kubernetes and distributed AI infrastructure
- Background in security engineering or security automation
Tech Stack
You will work with technologies such as:

Compensation
- Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 base
