Job Title: Call Center Agent

Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and confident individuals to join our call center team. As a Call Center Agent, you will communicate with customers, provide support, and represent the company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries.
• Make outbound calls when required.
• Achieve productivity and quality goals.
• Update customer information in the system.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information:

• Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 4:00AM.
• Walk-in Interviews are encouraged(5:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
