Agents Required for call center jobs

We are urgently hiring Call Center Representatives to handle customer inquiries and provide professional support. This role is suitable for freshers as well, with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Provide accurate information about products or services.

• Maintain call logs and update customer information.

• Resolve basic queries or escalate to the relevant department.

• Follow company scripts and communication guidelines.

• Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional tone during all calls.
