Job Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with drivers and customers to increase overall retention.
• Assist Aggregate Dispatch1 with inbound customer and driver calls.
• Ensure jobs and orders are entered timely and accurately into our dispatch systems.
• Assist with dispatching company drivers and sub-haulers to appropriate locations according to customer requests, truck specifications, specialized training requirements and/or availability.
• Ensure special instructions and/or site-specific requirements are relayed to company drivers, sub-haulers.
• Communicate information to supervisors, drivers, and/or sub-haulers via messaging, telephone, and internal dispatching system.
• Assist with schedules as needed throughout the day.
• Customer Service follow up as needed.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday w/ a rotating on-call weekend schedule
• Perform other duties as assigned by management team.

• Intermediate to advance skill set of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
• Pre-employment drug test required.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Rotating weekends (on-call phone)
