Position Title: Aggregator & Delivery Operations Executive (Food & Beverage)

Role Purpose
The Aggregator & Delivery Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing daily delivery operations across in-house fleet and third-party aggregator platforms ( Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, etc.). The role ensures smooth coordination between the kitchen, riders, and aggregators to guarantee accurate order flow, on-time delivery, and a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Aggregator Management
- Oversee end-to-end delivery operations across outlets and central kitchen.
- Manage relationships with aggregator platforms; ensure menus, pricing, promotions, and availability are always updated.
- Monitor aggregator dashboards to track performance, cancellations, and SLA compliance.
- Supervise riders and third-party drivers, ensuring adherence to company standards, grooming, and customer service etiquette.
- Resolve escalations related to delayed, incorrect, or failed deliveries.
Kitchen Coordination
- Work closely with kitchen teams to align on prep times, order sequencing, and peak-hour flow.
- Ensure accurate and timely order handover from kitchen to riders.
- Monitor food packaging, labeling, and temperature control to maintain quality.
- Support implementation of kitchen-side improvements (KDS usage, POS order flow, labeling systems).
Quality, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and packaging standards are met for delivery orders.
- Track key KPIs: on-time delivery %, order accuracy, customer complaints, aggregator ratings.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports covering delivery volumes, aggregator sales, and customer feedback.
- Identify bottlenecks in kitchen-to-delivery workflow and recommend solutions.
- Contribute to delivery cost optimization by analyzing aggregator commissions, wastage, and refunds.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in F&B delivery, logistics, or aggregator management.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, order prep processes, and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with POS/KDS systems and aggregator portals (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, etc.).
- Strong communication and coordination skills with BOH, FOH, and riders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and resolve issues quickly.
