The Agile Coach guides cross-functional teams in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies and best practices for AI-powered and digital fintech solutions. This role focuses on team-level coaching, training, and process improvement, assessing team maturity, facilitating adoption of agile practices, and empowering teams to deliver value effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Provide training and coaching to teams and individuals on Agile principles and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Engineering team members in their roles.

Facilitate workshops and sessions to enhance understanding and application of Agile concepts.

Assess current team processes and identify areas for improvement.

Guide teams in implementing Agile practices to optimize workflows and collaboration.

Support Scrum Masters in facilitating effective retrospectives and coach teams on continuous improvement techniques.

Collaborate with Senior Scrum Masters and leadership to identify systemic process improvements and organizational impediments.
Requirements
What you will bring to the role:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required.
Experience:
4+ years of experience working in Agile environments, with at least 1-2 years as an Agile Coach or facilitating Agile teams. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Technical Skills

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and when to apply each. o Working knowledge of agile scaling frameworks

Strong proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) to coach teams on effective usage

Deep knowledge of software development lifecycle, including modern engineering practices (e.g. TDD, BDD, CI/CD, code review practices)

Understanding of AI/ML development workflows and how agile practices adapt for data science teams

Familiarity with team assessment frameworks and maturity models

Awareness of security and compliance requirements in regulated financial services
