Role: Agile Coach

Location: Wilmington, DE (5 days office)

Duration: Contract

Required Skills:

• Experience coaching Agile teams in BFS projects.
• Hands-on experience in Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks.
• Knowledge of domains such as payments, cards, lending, or digital banking.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications: CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist/Practitioner, ICP-ACC, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Coach Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders to support backlog management and sprint planning.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective execution of delivery activities.
• Assess team performance and provide guidance on Agile ways of working.
• Support PI planning, dependency management, and cross-team coordination in scaled Agile environments.
• Guide teams on Agile metrics and reporting.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve Agile maturity.
