Job Description
Agile Coach with 10+ years of experience with proven track record of leading large-scale
transformation programs in the Banking industry preferred (any other industry is ok, but
large transformation experience in must).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in guiding organizations through their agile
journey, scaling agile practices, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide agile transformation programs, spanning multiple
business lines, functions, and geographies.

Define and implement agile operating models, transformation roadmaps, and
adoption strategies.

Implement and optimize scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or
Disciplined Agile (DA) across large transformation programs.

Design portfolio and program-level ceremonies, governance models, and
reporting structures.

Drive transformations across banking domains

Work with senior leadership to align transformation goals with business
strategy.

Develop playbooks, guidelines, and frameworks to standardize agile practices
across the organization.

Define and track KPIs (e.g., time-to-market, productivity, quality, customer
value delivery).

Ensure agile practices are adapted to banking environments with regulatory,
compliance, and operational constraints.
