Agile Coach/ Agility Lead / Scrum Master

Job Title: Agile Coach/ Agility Lead / Scrum Master (Mid-Level)

Location: Wilmington, DE (2 days onsite - Thurs/Fri, potential 5 days in future)

Role Overview:

Client is seeking a Mid-Level Agility Lead / Scrum Master to support the Amazon Accelerated Workforce Team, working across 8 teams in a large-scale enterprise environment. This role partners closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure effective Agile delivery and team performance.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Serve as Scrum Master supporting Scrum teams
  • Strong experience with Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices
  • Solid understanding of the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
  • Jira expertise required
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in large-scale / enterprise organizations
  • Proven Scrum team experience
  • Ability to coach teams; coaching experience is a strong plus

Technical & Domain Preferences:

  • Exposure to AWS, Java, and Mainframe technologies is highly desirable
  • Financial domain experience is a plus

Certifications:

  • Any Scrum-related certification is acceptable

Overview:

  • Supporting Amazon Co-branded Card Portfolio (Banking)
  • Managing 4 US-based engineering teams (Agile environment)
  • Focus on Agile delivery, backlog health, Jira tracking, and team coaching

Must Have:

  • 3-5 years Scrum Master / Agility Lead experience
  • At least 2 years in large enterprise environment
  • Strong Jira experience
  • Agile ceremonies, backlog management, metrics tracking
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation skills

Nice to Have

  • Agile coaching experience
  • Experience with OKRs / Agile metrics
  • Confluence
  • Exposure to AWS / Java environments (not mandatory)

Key Traits

  • Adaptability across tech stacks
  • Ability to interpret Agile metrics and coach teams
  • Experience working with product managers and engineering teams
