Role: Agile Delivery Coach
Location: Halifax, 2 days per week on site required
Duration: 3-month contract
Rate: £550.00 per day via umbrella company
We're looking for a Agile Delivery Coach to join a forward-thinking organisation committed to delivering brilliant experiences for both customers and colleagues. You'll play a key role in helping teams work smarter, move faster and continuously improve the way value is delivered across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to coach, influence and shape Agile practices across a large, modern technology and change landscape - working in a Lab structure where collaboration, data-led decision making and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything.
About the Role
As a Business Agility Lead, you'll partner closely with Lab Leaders to boost effectiveness, efficiency and predictability across the teams you support. You'll be jointly responsible for Lab performance, ensuring strong data quality, optimised flow of work and mature Agile practices.
You'll coach teams to adopt Agile mindsets, build capability and ultimately empower them to self-improve over time. Using data, insights and your Agile expertise, you'll help drive faster speed to market, identify opportunities for improvement and guide teams back on track when performance dips.

Every day, you'll be solving problems, facilitating improvements, coaching leaders and helping teams deliver value at pace.
