Agile Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Agile Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs and drive delivery across multiple teams within a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for overseeing program execution, facilitating Agile delivery practices, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and delivery leader with experience managing enterprise programs, driving organizational alignment, and enabling teams to execute effectively across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale programs and strategic initiatives across multiple teams and business functions.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Drive program governance, execution tracking, and delivery accountability across teams.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues impacting delivery.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities, technical teams, and organizational objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions, program reviews, retrospectives, and delivery checkpoints.
• Support teams in improving delivery processes, operational efficiency, and execution predictability.
• Promote transparency and collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve program outcomes.
• Partner closely with business leaders, product teams, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on program status, risks, milestones, and key performance indicators.
• Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders and resolve competing priorities.
• Translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans.
• Coordinate activities across multiple delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Manage inter-team dependencies and proactively resolve blockers.
• Support resource planning, prioritization efforts, and capacity discussions.
• Drive collaboration across matrixed organizations and distributed teams.
• Develop dashboards and report mechanisms to measure program performance.
• Track delivery metrics include progress against milestones, team capacity, risks, and outcomes.
• Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations for process optimization.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and program governance activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Program Management, Agile Delivery, Project Management, or related roles.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and iterative delivery practices.
• Proven experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading digital transformation, modernization, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Background supporting software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise applications.
• Experience working in highly matrixed enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within defined scope.
• Demonstrated ability to improve cross-team collaboration, alignment, and execution efficiency.
• Experience identifying, managing, and mitigating program risks and cross-team dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on improving communication, transparency, and engagement.
• Consistent ability to drive predictable delivery outcomes and maintain strong program health across initiatives.

Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
