Agile Scrum Master

Key responsibilities

• Product Management: Coach team on Product ownership and be the Go To person on all SME related query resolution using GenAI tools
• GenAI Tooling: Usage of GenAI tools for doing requirements research, story writing and Product Design/GTM
• Facilitate Scrum events: Lead and ensure the smooth execution of all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Coach the team: Mentor and coach the development team on using Agile practices and Scrum principles to deliver high-quality products.
• Remove impediments: Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress and protect the team from external interruptions.
• Promote continuous improvement: Encourage the team to identify areas for growth and help them implement improvements.
• Support the Product Owner: Work with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-managed and prioritized.
• Foster a collaborative environment: Help build a productive and self-organizing environment where team members feel ownership of their work.

Required skills and qualifications

• Agile and Scrum expertise: A strong understanding of Agile methodology, Scrum theory, practices, and values is essential.
• Leadership and coaching: The ability to lead and coach teams, foster self-organization, and act as a servant leader.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for interacting with the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and find solutions to challenges.
• Experience: Previous experience on a Scrum team is highly beneficial, and experience with software development is often required.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is often a requirement.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
