Job Title: AGM / DGM – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the organization.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
• Partner with business units to evaluate financial impact of business initiatives and investments.
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning and long-term forecasting.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Support M&A activities, due diligence, and integration planning as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA in Finance or equivalent.
• 10–15 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and business analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
