We are seeking a strategic B2B Marketing Leader to develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy, driving value propositions, pricing, and positioning across a growing portfolio of events.
This role will lead cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and content teams to deliver impactful, insight-driven campaigns across digital, email, paid media, social, SEM, PR, and partner channels.
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, strong expertise in SEO, PPC, automation, and analytics, and a proven track record of delivering commercially focused marketing strategies. You will manage a team of marketers, foster a high-performance culture, and apply agile practices to optimise campaigns and enhance ROI.
Responsibilities include effective budget management, reporting on KPIs, and leveraging CDP, CRM, and forecasting tools to drive decision-making. Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the ability to translate market insights into action are essential. This is an opportunity to shape long-term business planning and elevate marketing impact across a major events portfolio.
