AGM / GM – Projects (Construction – Building Works)
- Plan, execute, and monitor building construction projects from mobilization to handover.
- Prepare and control project schedules, budgets, BOQs, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams for timely execution.
- Oversee billing, certification of RA bills, variations, and final accounts.
- Coordinate RCC, finishing, and MEP works for smooth project progress.
- Implement QA/QC systems and conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure statutory approvals, labor law compliance, and HSE implementation at site.
- Handle client coordination, meetings, and issue resolution to maintain satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate project managers, engineers, and site staff.
- Prepare MIS reports on progress, cost, risks, and resource utilization for management.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Must have successfully completed at least 4 to 5 Governments Building projects for Government Client such as CPWD, PWD, Railways, NBCC, IRCON etc.
Experience: 10–15 years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering
