Agricultural Engineer - EasyGarden, Dubai

Easy Garden is a growing garden and pool maintenance company based in Dubai. We look after the gardens and pools of residential villas across the city, and we are looking for an experienced Agricultural Engineer.

The Role

You will be responsible for the quality of our garden maintenance service and the performance of our maintenance teams. You will make sure our clients' gardens always look beautiful and that our teams are well organised, well trained, and well supported.

What You Will Be Doing

• Keeping plants, trees, and gardens in excellent health and condition across all client villas
• Checking that irrigation systems are working and coordinating with technicians when repairs are needed
• Building and managing the team schedule to make sure visits run smoothly
• Training, coaching, and developing team members
• Supplying teams with all products and materials required to perform their duties.
• Writing regular reports on villa conditions and team performance

What We Are Looking For

• Experience leading a maintenance or landscaping team
• Driving licence
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A eye for detail and a passion for beautiful outdoor spaces
• Based in Dubai or able to relocate
