Agricultural Engineering Director

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Engineering Director to lead engineering initiatives focused on agricultural systems, equipment, and infrastructure. This role is responsible for driving innovation, improving productivity, and ensuring sustainable and efficient agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage agricultural engineering projects and teams
• Develop and implement engineering solutions for farming systems and equipment
• Oversee design, testing, and maintenance of agricultural machinery and infrastructure
• Improve efficiency, sustainability, and productivity of agricultural operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with operations, research, and external partners
• Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines
• Drive innovation in irrigation, mechanization, and smart agriculture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in agricultural engineering or related roles
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and projects
• Strong knowledge of farm systems, machinery, irrigation, and soil management
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR38,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
