Duties & Responsibilities:

  • · Oversee and manage daily operations of the main showroom and two branch showrooms.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate sales teams across all locations to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends.
  • Manage inventory levels, product display, and coordination with suppliers.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase revenue.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed in all branches.
  • Coordinate between branches to ensure consistency in pricing, service, and branding.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Report directly to senior management with regular performance updates.
  • Identifies product improvement or new products by researching current on industry trends, market activities and competitor

Requirements:

  • Min. 2-4 years in UAE or GCC as Retail Sales Engineer
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
  • Degree/Diploma in Agricultural Engineering
  • Understanding of the retail sales process
  • Knowledge on Agricultural Equipment, Poultry Products, Irrigation System and Landscaping items will be an added advantage
