Agricultural Field Officer (Male/Female)

We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Field Officer to conduct field visits, provide technical support to farmers, and promote company products. The role includes monitoring crop performance, advising on fertilizers/ pesticides, managing demo plots, and preparing field reports. The candidate should have strong knowledge of modern farming practices and the ability to build strong farmer relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Agriculture/ Agronomy/ Plant Sciences.
• 2-4 years of field experience.
• Strong knowledge of crop management, soil health, and plant protection products.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively across assigned areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
