AGRICULTURAL & LANDSCAPING ENGINEER - Abu Dhabi

Agricultural services company seeking experienced engineer to lead landscaping operations and ensure service quality excellence.

Responsibilities:
● Oversee landscaping and garden maintenance service delivery
● Manage small team of workers (2-3 people)
● Ensure quality standards on all completed work
● Create educational content for social media (gardening tips, how-to guides)
● Work hands-on at sites when required
● Build relationships with suppliers
● Handle technical issues and customer concerns
● Manage customer expectations and resolve service issues professionally Requirements:
● 5+ years UAE landscaping/agricultural experience
● Proven experience in villa garden maintenance services
● Strong technical knowledge (irrigation, plant care, maintenance)
● Team leadership ability
● Excellent customer handling and communication skills
● Comfortable educating through content on social media
● Arabic and English fluency
● Valid UAE driving license
● Willing to work on-site alongside team when needed

Offer:
● 6,000-8,000 AED/month
