SG Allied Businesses Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Agriculture Production Supervisor to oversee operations in our Mushroom Production and Compost Production departments. This role involves supervising processes related to mushroom growing, composting, and harvesting while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Operational Supervision

• Oversee daily production activities, including mushroom growing, composting, and harvesting.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Manage workflow and allocate resources efficiently across the team.

Quality Control

• Ensure all products meet established quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and tests throughout the production process.
• Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.

Team Management

• Lead and supervise a team of workers, providing clear instructions and support.
• Train staff on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
• Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives.

Safety and Compliance

• Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate records related to production, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Science or Bachelor's Degree in Science (preferred fields: Agriculture, Biology, or Environmental Science).

Experience:

• At least 2 years’ experience in production supervision, especially in agriculture or food production, is an advantage.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs95,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
